Terms of Sale

In the unlikely event that the customer cancels this order, either in whole or in part, the customer agrees to pay KSM Promotions, Inc.:

1. for all completed goods, the full agreed price,
2. for all unfinished goods and services, the actual costs incurred by KSM Promotions, Inc. directly in connection with such unfinished goods up to the date KSM Promotions, Inc,. is notified of cancellation, plus, ten percent (10%) of those costs in lieu of profit, and
3. such other costs and expenses, including third party termination charges under subcontracts, as KSM Promotions, Inc. may incur as a result of the cancellation.
